Michal Szczyinski graduated in Sea Transport from Gdynia Merchant Academy in 1992 and then served from 3rd Mate to Master with Bernard Schulte ships for 13 years mostly on LPG and product tankers. In total he spend 8 years in command of foreign going voyages on various sizes of LPG tankers.
Further to this work, Captain Szczypinski gained shipyard experience as LPG new construction supervisor.
Michal came ashore in 2011 and worked towards his OCIMF Sire Category 1 accreditation in November 2011.
A highly self-motivated, creative, responsible, well organized person, he possesses excellent problem solving skills. He is also fluent spoken and written in Polish, English and Russian.
