Francesco Costagliola di Fiore completed his 17 year sea-going career at the end of 2006. For the last 5 years he sailed as Master on chemical and product tankers on world-wide trade.
His first employment ashore was as Safety & Vetting Manager with an Italian Shipping Company, offering him experience and an understanding of the broader aspects marine safety management.
Having qualified in 2010 as an OCIMF SIRE Category 1 inspector, Francesco works from his base within Italy to ports within Europe and beyond.
