The Observatory at Frith Common forms the centre on which our operations are based. Overlooking the beautiful Teme Valley and with distant views of the Malvern Hills and the approaching weather, this peaceful spot serves us well as base for our activities. From here our team of 4 employees provides 24/7 out of hours contact and all staff can share the work of scheduling inspections by using the state-of-the-art Duke Austin Management System (DAMS); their work also includes the coordination of travel, invoicing, accounts and general administration for both the company and for individual inspectors.
Our expanding group of inspectors is currently based around Europe, the Mediterranean and in South Africa however, we are broadening our associations with a goal to increasingly offer our services on a global basis.
